At the time of departure, the Tenant must be over 25 years old, hold a valid motorcycle driving license for more than 2 years.

In the health context, the mandatory equipment (helmet / glove) is not provided.

The motorcycles offered arecollectible vehicles of indisputable historical significance. their driving is very different from modern machines.In accordance with article 1984 of the Civil Code, during the rental, the Tenant undertakes to use the motorcycle reasonably. Also The lessor reserves the right to cancel the rental contract, without compensation and immediately even during the ride, if the Lessee is unable to present suitable driving.

 

The Tenant is responsible for the reports drawn up against him. He undertakes to reimburse the amount of the minutes to the Lessor in the event that the latter advances them. In the event of receipt by the Lessor of a report or a request for information by the Public Prosecutor, the designated Tenant will be declared and 20 € including tax of administrative costs will be invoiced to the Tenant.
